Sylvester Stallone is ‘working on a divorce settlement’ with estranged wife Jennifer Flavin… but there is NO PRENUP to protect his $400M fortune
- Stallone, 76, and Flavin, 54, are privately negotiating their divorce
- Documents obtained by TMZ show that they stayed the court case
- However, the exes are pushing ahead with their divorce and keeping it a secret
- Stallone, who is worth $400 million, has no prenuptial agreement to protect his money
Sylvester Stallone is pressing ahead with his divorce from his estranged wife, Jennifer Flavin.
The 76-year-old Rambo star is currently ironing out the details of a settlement with the 54-year-old former model, but legal documents obtained by TMZ show Stallone didn’t go through a prenuptial agreement to see his massive $400 million fortune protection.
Signs of trouble in their marriage began after DailyMail.com exclusively revealed last month that Stallone had a huge tattoo of Jennifer on his right bicep, covered with a picture of Butkus, Rocky’s bulldog from the hit films.

The former couple have reportedly put court cases on hold while they negotiate the deals of their divorce.
According to the documents, both parties have filed for a reduction, which means all court papers on their divorce have been stayed.
However, sources connected to the case, which is being carried out in Florida, note that the divorce is still ongoing.
The new tactic appears to be an attempt to keep their negotiations more private than if they were held in court.
Money at stake: But the Rocky star has no prenuptial agreement, meaning his $400 million fortune isn’t protected from divorce proceedings; seen September 14 in Rome
According to the Reduction Order, “The parties agree that it is in the best interests of each of them individually, and most importantly collectively as a family, to resolve all issues relating to the dissolution of their marriage in a dignified, amicable, and private manner, out of court.”
Stallone and Flavin likely don’t have a prenuptial agreement due to the rush of their 1997 courthouse wedding.
Jennifer has plenty of money of her own from her modeling career and her Serious Skincare cosmetics line, but the Cop Land star may still have to give up a large chunk of his $400 million fortune in the absence of an existing split agreement.
