Dubbed The Village, the nine-bedroom property — part of the Virgin Limited Edition portfolio — has impressive amenities including a two-story infinity pool, a slide, and a futuristic hidden DJ booth that rises from the outdoor patio.
It joins three other properties already calling Mosquitos home – The Branson Estate (owned by Sir Richard Branson), The Oasis Estate and The Point Estate.

The nine-bedroom property is called The Village and has features like a two-story infinity pool and a slide
Sir Richard Branson bought Mosquito Island, which is close to his Necker Island in the Caribbean, in 2007 for £10million.
The 1,681 sqm Village property is situated on the extreme western tip of the island and offers breathtaking views of the sea all the way to Virgin Gorda. It covers an area of 1.4 hectares.
Prices of £16,745 per night ($19,000) are the off-season starting price, with the property sleeping up to 18 guests.
Available for exclusive purchase only, the Virgin Limited Edition says it’s the property’s futuristic technology and quirky amenities that set it apart.
Conceived as a ‘home away from home’, each of the nine guest rooms at The Village functions as its own secluded retreat with an en-suite bathroom, private living room area and spacious terraces or patios.

The crowning jewel is the two-story Master Suite, which is circular in design and features a 360-degree wraparound terrace that not only creates a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience, but also offers spectacular views.
The main house of The Village is clearly designed for those who like to party. It’s a fun focal point and is said to stand proudly at the top of the hill as ‘a beacon of sorts’.
Here guests will find the hidden DJ booth overlooking the two-story infinity pool for the ultimate party. A glass-bottomed cantilever hot tub that extends over the cliff edge will be ready in 2023.
The main house also features a communal bar – along with a uniquely designed living area – leading to a spiral staircase that leads to the roof of the property.

Playing with the property’s high-tech offerings, the staircase also features audio-synchronized LED lighting, where the lights move to the beat of the music projected by the stadium-quality sound system.
Other deluxe features at The Village include a fully equipped, state-of-the-art gym and a soundproof home theater.
Outside their own hyper-personalized, private estate, Moskito Island guests have access to premier communal recreation areas, including two arena-style tennis courts, an aquatic center, gaming, entertainment, and movie areas at the communal beach house, and a fully serviced private beach.

Gastronomy on the island knows no bounds, with a range of restaurants and bespoke experiences to choose from – whether picnics on Manchioneel Beach, candlelit dinners under the Caribbean stars or pizza-making classes at The Beach House or in the comfort of your own property.
The property features an organic vegetable garden using produce freshly harvested daily by dedicated chefs. The garden also helps reduce production waste on the property.
Bespoke and personalized spa treatments are offered in the comfort of each property or across the island in private, secluded locations.

“The debut of The Village is the next phase in the continued development of Moskito Island – a private island paradise like no other.
“A decade in the making, The Village Estate takes luxury to new heights, much like its sister properties, with strikingly distinctive design, state-of-the-art creative amenities and pristine panoramic views in the most private of settings.
‘Moskito Island knows no bounds when it comes to providing unparalleled, luxurious moments and the addition of The Village to our collection further strengthens our position as the leading luxury company in the Caribbean.’
The other properties on Mosquito Island are just as luxurious. The Mail recently stayed at the £200,000-a-week Oasis Estate and found that there were four bars to choose from, including one on the roof where star-gazing is encouraged, as well as a tennis-court-sized master bedroom and a swim-up area with a swim- up bar lit by fairy lights at night.
