The former glamor model, 44, flew to the Southeast Asian country last week but her holiday was cut short by her illness, with Katie reportedly “vomiting and feeling bad”.
It comes after she revealed she is taking a social media hiatus for “personal reasons”.

A source told The Mirror of her plight: “Katie suddenly became very ill.
“She threw up and felt bad. Katie may have gotten food poisoning, although she’s trying not to let it interfere with her vacation and time with Carl.
However, things already appear to be getting better for the TV personality, as the source added, “She is slowly on the mend. Katie hopes she can enjoy the last few days of her holiday undisturbed and get back to herself soon.”

Katie shared a statement on her Instagram on Thursday, writing: “I will be leaving all social media for a period of time. I have to take some time off for personal reasons.

The reality star shut down comments on the post, which she captioned with multiple heart emojis.
However, less than two hours after Katie shared her statement, she uploaded a new racy clip to her OnlyFans account, offering her paying subscribers a behind-the-scenes look at her latest lingerie photoshoot.
Katie’s social media hiatus comes after Michelle Penticost, her ex Kieran Hayler’s fiancé, attacked her in a thinly-veiled manner after missing her daughter Princess’ 15th birthday.

The trip meant she could only wish her eldest daughter well on social media instead of spending the day with her at home in the UK.
Michelle seemed to react to the decision, sharing a post on her Instagram Stories that read: “Kids will always remember who turned up.
“Not who made a Facebook post or who texted once or twice a year. They’ll remember who went to the trouble of rearranging their schedule, made uncomfortable decisions, and who prioritized them.’

Michelle’s post was no doubt a reference to Katie’s birthday post to Princess, which she shared from Thailand after ending up in that exotic location with her boyfriend.
Katie wrote: “No words to describe my love for my princess and our unbreakable bond had 15 years and a lot ahead happy birthday.”
Princess replied underneath saying “I love you”.
