Francis Tiafoe stunned the crowd at Arthur Ash Stadium after defeating No. 9 Andrey Rublev in straight sets.
Tiafoe defeated Rublev 7-6, 7-0, 5-4 in the Quarterfinals.
He will continue to play against the winner of the quarter-final match between No. 3 Carlos Alcaraz and No. 11 Jannik Sinner.
