Emily Blunt was first spotted filming Netflix’s Pain Hustlers on Wednesday, August 24, in Savannah, Georgia.
The 39-year-old actress was joined on set by her co-star Chris Evans, who has become a popular player for the streaming platform following the success of The Gray Man.
The day proved to be a busy one for Blunt, who changed into three different costumes during the afternoon shoot.
She first appeared in front of the camera in a comfortable peach hooded sweatshirt with a faded white graphic on the front.
It was styled with some distressed denim skinny jeans with holes at the knees and a pair of Reebok trainers.
The Jungle Cruise star’s messy blonde hair was worn in loose waves and she wore minimal makeup.

During the touch-up, Blunt and her makeup artist shared a few laughs and hugs.

Pain Hustlers focuses on Blunt’s character, Liza Drake, who is described as “a high school dropout who dreams of a better life for her young daughter.”
She ends up getting a job at a failed pharma startup in central Florida in a seedy mall.
Her persistence eventually propels the company to the top ranks, even as she finds herself in the middle of a criminal conspiracy.

At this point, no details have been revealed about Evans’ character or how many other main characters will need to be cast.
Yates will direct from a Wells Tower screenplay based on a 2018 article by Evan Hughes in The New York Times.
Lawrence Gray produces through his company Gray Matter Productions with Yates and Yvonne Walcott Yates’ Wychwood Pictures.
Netflix has acquired the worldwide rights to the project from Cannes for $50 million, with Harry Potter director David Yates set to take the helm.
