The 50-year-old pop star will play the matchmaker in the upcoming series after successfully making her own friends and believes it’s “time” for the gay community to have their own show.
Dannii appeared on Lorraine on Wednesday to promote the new show and looked incredible in a fuchsia one-shoulder dress as she chatted.

She said of the project: “It’s my dream job. I’ve tried dating so many times with my friends and I’ve been very successful with friendships with business partnerships and then I’ve been successful with my friends Ian and Dan – they got married.
“So yeah, it’s the first gay dating show ever. Remind me why we waited so long, right? I feel like we’ve watched so many dating shows for years, whether it’s on an island or in a house.
“Love on a Spectrum is one of my favorites and also my sister Kylie’s favorite. It’s about time the LGBT community had something like this.”

She accessorised with dangling pink earrings and wore her honey-toned tresses in perfect waves while opting for bronzed makeup.
Describing her new role as an “honor,” the ‘All I Wanna Do’ hitmaker explained that she’s always had a connection with her gay audience since she first performed at London’s GAY nightclub a few decades ago.

Speaking of ITV’s Lorraine, she added: “It’s something I want to do with a lot of heart and soul and do it proudly and well.
“I was the first cast member on GAY and Jeremy Joseph reminded me of that. I just thought, ‘Well, that’s natural. Of course. I will perform there.’
“I didn’t think there was a reason I should do that, but he told me no one else would be performing there. It’s my happy place!
