Margera, 42, exited a substance abuse treatment program on Sunday and was seen shortly after having a drink at Tavern 57 in Sarasota early Monday morning.
A video provided to TMZ shows the former skateboarder leaving the tavern with an unidentified girlfriend around 1am.
Margera can be seen being led out of the bar, so his hand can be seen before he appears to waddle to the parking lot.
The TV personality reportedly exited a Florida rehab on Sunday after meeting an attorney within the treatment program, who told him he could opt out of his court-ordered rehab plan by leaving the state, sources told TMZ.
It’s unclear if Margera plans to leave Florida or not.

The star was sentenced to rehab by the court after a disturbance at the Don CeSar Resort Hotel in St. Petersburg, Fla., just before his 42nd birthday last September.
Police were called to the scene to attend to an “emotionally disturbed person”.
He also reportedly doesn’t speak to his parents and lives with a family friend in Florida. Margera has reportedly not spoken to his wife Nikki or son Phoenix since entering rehab in June.
The star also left rehab twice in June and was spotted on Deerfield and Delray beaches.
Bam reportedly left the clinic in part due to his split from his second wife, Nikki Boyd. The site reported that Bam hadn’t heard from Nikki or his son in over a week before deciding to elope in June.
“She has not returned any of Bam’s calls or texts and has been absent from his recovery process,” a source told TMZ at the time.
“Due to the breakup, Bam was living in a sober dorm when he illegally exited rehab.”
Back on September 15, Nikki had filed legal documents in Los Angeles to gain full custody of the baby phoenix, which would allow Bam a supervised visit.

Sources told TMZ it’s likely a police response team will be looking for the Jacka** star and trying to get him back into rehab.
In October, the star’s former director Jeff Tremaine claimed Margera was a danger to himself when drunk.
The star also had to sign a sobriety commitment form to join Jacka**4, but he ended up breaking it.
